Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we deliver your refurbished pushchair, safely and on time.
Overview
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Every pushchair is carefully packaged by our team at Buggy Pitstop to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our workshop.
Domestic Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our UK workshop. We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery is handled by trusted national carriers.
Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Remote areas within the UK (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@refurbishedprams.com.
Damaged Items
If your pushchair arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
