We want you to love your pushchair. If it is not quite right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.
Overview
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your pushchair for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- The pushchair is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
How to Return
- Email us at support@refurbishedprams.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide you with a return address within 24 hours.
- Package the pushchair securely and ship it using a tracked delivery service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost of £4.99 may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your pushchair arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by our warranty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund. Please include photographs and your order number when reaching out.
